I say this is much better than Christen Wagner and some of his gimmicky editing. thumbup.gif

I'm all for this. He did a great job with Lethal Weapon.

Sounds like a fine choice to me. I am one of the James Bond fans who was unhappy with the editing styles of Christan Wagner for Die Another Day. Way too jumpy.

I hope we see some further great names added & confirmed to the crew list.

Absolutely. If there's anything I truly hate it's "MTV-style" editing. For a music video it's fine but for something projected on a 60 foot screen it's horrific.

If they're going for a more low-tech feel this is a good omen. Heck, the Lethal Weapon and Die Hard films were great withoput tons of editing tricks.

I certainly love the word "A-List".

Watch out for Prav, he's sexy, intelligent, and Sri-Lankan!

Great news. An excellent choice, IMO. thumbup.gif

Is it possible the only "non a-lister" on this movie will be the lead? eek.gif cooltongue.gif

I wouldn't consider him A-list especially after Nemesis (har-har), but on the other hand he was the editor of Maverick, which was a pretty good film (at least IMO) about poker. Could be a decent decision there.

This is great news. I've had it with nausea-inducing Blair Witch editing. I want to actually see the action sequences, not just a kaleidoscopic blur set to Arnold's blaring brass.

I'm trying to convince myself that this is good news.

But still, Stuart Baird worked on Mission Impossible 2...er?
